A Silver Refurb would be the industry standard for a full redecoration of a property. This could include full paintwork throughout, replacement flooring in strategic areas, refresh & partial upgrades to kitchen and bathroom, fixture upgrades and light electrical work prior to staging. All upgrades are budget dependent with a standard 10-15% contingency.
